A pocket of luxury built in the market town of St Columb, again taking into account the local buildings and styles, Jenner Parc created 6 luxury executive homes. Set within a former paddock the surrounding trees and landscaping was taken into account to make these homes feel ‘they have always been there’ giving maturity to the gardens by wherever possible keeping trees.
